Police appeal for missing 13-year-old

Police are asking for public assistance to help locate a 13-year-old girl (pictured) missing on the Gold Coast.

She was last seen at Kumbari Avenue in Southport and normally resides at Pacific Pines, Queensland Police said in a statement today.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.

She is described as 154cm in height, average build, fair complexion, with black hair.

Police are urging the girl, or anyone else with information on her whereabouts, to contact them.
