Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives last night charged a 58-year-old man following a fatal motorcycle collision in Fulham late last year.
The man was been charged with dangerous driving causing death, careless driving and fail to give way.
The Cape Paterson man was bailed to appear before Sale Magistrates’ Court on March 29.
The charges follow an incident at the intersection of Hopkins Road and the Princes Highway where a car and motorcycle collided about 10.30am on 17 November.
The motorbike rider, a 62-year-old Bairnsdale man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries where he later died.
