Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 73-year-old man missing from Sydney’s west.
Police say Noel Schultz (pictured), was last seen leaving Blacktown Hospital, on Blacktown Road, about 5pm yesterday.
“When he failed to return, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition that requires treatment.”
Noel is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm – 170cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and unshaven face.
He was last seen wearing white shorts, red t-shirt, blue cap, black socks and white runners. He is known to frequent the Blacktown, Quakers Hill and Penrith areas.
