South Australia’s finest seafood will be showcased at the inaugural Sea to Shore Glenelg Seafood Festival later this month.
From 11am on Saturday, October 29th, Jimmy Melrose Reserve at the Glenelg Foreshore will be transformed into a seafood-lovers’ paradise.
Get along and indulge in delicious, curated seafood dishes from top producers and chefs, accompanied by South Australian wine and gin.
With the theatrics of wild cooking, oyster shucking, and tunes to awaken the senses, the event is set to be an experience to remember, say organisers.
Among the line-up is Tony Carroll, the executive chef of Fishbank, who will be cooking Goolwa pipis and sashimi and Ragini Dey, one of Australia’s most-loved Indian chefs and owner of Ragi’s Spicery. She will be serving up Goan fish curry and seafood samosa.
Attendees can spend the evening watching the sunset on Jetty Road as the restaurants and businesses take over the street for a party from 4pm with amazing food, drink and music.
