Queensland Police are appealing for anyone who may have any information which could help in the return of a mobility device that was stolen from a disabled man.
Police say that at around 11.30am on Friday, July 10 the wheelchair attachment was stolen from a man who lives with a disability at a hotel on Stanley Street in Woolloongabba.
The piece of equipment, valued at $12,000, is understood to be only one of two around the entire metropolitan area.
A 39-year-old Goodna man and 19-year-old man from Woolloongabba have since been charged with one count each of stealing.
They are due to front the Brisbane Magistrates Court in November.
Anyone with further information or vision is urged to contact police.
