WA Police are investigating a terrifying aggravated burglary that saw a 90-year-old man wake from sleep to find two people forcing entry into his house.
Police say that at around 4am yesterday, the elderly man woke up as two people were forcing entry to his residence in Katanning.
They say the brave victim confronted the two people and there was a brief struggle between the man and the two home invaders.
During the incident, the victim’s wallet was removed from his pocket and the pair then reportedly ran from the house.
The victim received minor injuries in the scuffle.
