A new independent seniors living development at Edward River in the NSW Western Riverina region is nearing completion.
Edward River Council today reported the village is running on schedule and under budget.
The development will deliver 32 low-maintenance homes, designed to offer residents “an unparalleled blend of community living and independent lifestyle”.
“We are thrilled with the progress of and response to Edward River Village” said Acting General Manager of Edward River Council, Mark Dalzell.
“The successful open house displays conducted for the initial two units have demonstrated the strong interest and demand for this project. We are excited to see the community’s positive response and look forward to welcoming residents to become part of an evolving vibrant community.”
The Village will be open for inspection over Easter on the following days:
- Saturday morning 10am to 2pm
- Sunday afternoon 1pm to 3pm
- Monday morning 10am to 2pm.
