New CEO for SA aged care provider

South Australian not-for-profit aged care services provider, ACH Group has announced the appointment of Linda Feldt as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Ms Feldt, who joined the organisation in 2015, has been interim CEO for the past five months. She was previously Chief Operating Officer.

ACH Group Chair, Imelda Lynch said the Board has been “extremely impressed” by Linda’s
performance and impact, in the transitional role and across her tenure with the organisation.

“Linda’s strong leadership of our workforce, and connection with customers and other stakeholders, is exceptional,” Ms Lynch said.

“Her depth of experience in the sector is also significant. Since joining ACH Group nine years ago, Linda has led our business and operating model transformation to meet regulatory requirements while ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

“Right now we are on the cusp of releasing our new strategy which will see ACH Group
invest significantly in people, services and assets. Linda’s energy and expertise are exactly
what we need going forward. She is steering our organisation in the right direction,
increasing our capability and capacity to support good lives for older people.”

Ms Feldt has executive experience in senior commercial, finance and customer roles across
disability and aged care services in South Australia, as well as in multinational and international corporations.

“Having the chance to lead ACH Group into our next phase of growth, with a focus on wellness, innovation and connected communities, is hugely exciting.

“As ACH Group continues to adapt and evolve, I am very optimistic about the opportunities

Ms Feldt holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting and a Master of Business Administration
from the University of South Australia. She is a CPA and a graduate of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors.

As one of the state’s leading, full-service, aged care providers, ACH Group supports more
than 11,000 (over 9,000 customers and 2,000 employees) people in South Australia. The
organisation has more than 586 independent retirement living units as well as residential
care homes while also providing a range of help at home, health, wellbeing, respite, and
social experiences for older people.
