An 81-year-old woman has died in hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Noble Park North yesterday.
Investigators believe a white Honda Accord collided with a green Hyundai Lantra at the intersection of Eagle Drive and Jackson Road about 10.20am.
“A passenger inside the Honda, an 81-year-old Noble Park North woman, was transported to hospital and later died,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
The driver of the Honda, an 82-year-old Noble Park North man, was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The sole occupant of the Hyundai, a 35-year-old woman from Rowville, also sustained minor injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing to anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
