A 67-year-old Emerald man has been killed in a traffic crash involving two road trains on the Carnarvon Highway.
Police say that at around 10.15pm last night, the two vehicles were travelling in the opposite direction when they collided new Gunnewin, around 80km north of Roma.
The Emerald man, who had been travelling north, died as a result of his injuries. The other driver was uninjured in the crash, Police said.
