Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have been driving along Belmont Road Tingalpa on Saturday as part of their investigations into the death of a 52-year-old man.

Anyone with dash cam footage or who witnessed anything on the road between 7.30 and 8.15pm is asked to contact police.

Police have charged a man with murder following the death of the man in Tingalpa.
