The body of a man reported missing from Sydney’s Inner West has been located.

The 36-year-old man was reported missing to officers from Inner West Police Area Command on February 26.

A number of large-scale searches were conducted in the Royal National Park in the past three weeks.

“About 11.40am yesterday, the body of a man was located in dense bushland in the Royal National Park by the NSW Police Force Dog Unit,” police said.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.

“Police would to thank the public and media for their assistance.”
