A 75-year-old man has died following a single vehicle crash in Maryborough.
Queensland Police say preliminary information suggests the man was travelling northbound along Tooley Street in a white station wagon at around 11.25am yesterday when his vehicle collided with a fence at the end of the street before continuing down an embankment and becoming wedged on railway tracks.
“The local man and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.”
“The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating,” Queensland Police said.
