A 61-year-old Kybong man remains in a critical condition following a motorcycle crash on the Bruce Highway at Chatsworth on the weekend.
Queensland Police say their initial investigations indicate that the man’s motorcycle left the roadway and crashed into a guardrail just after 9.30am on Saturday.
“The 61-year-old rider was transported in a critical condition to Gympie Hospital, where he was then airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital,” Police said.
“The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.”
