Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 75-year-old man missing in Sydney’s Inner West.
Thomas Blair was last seen leaving a hospital on Missenden Road, Camperdown, about 8.20am today.
“Officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced a search of the surrounding area, however, he has not been located,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Police have concerns for Thomas’ welfare as he has dementia and medical conditions which require treatment.”
Thomas is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 167cm tall, of thin build, with white balding hair. He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt with white print, black pants, black shoes with a white sole, reading glasses and carrying a dark coloured jacket.
Police are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
