Police are appealing for assistance to find a 78-year-old man missing from Sydney’s west.
Denis Burke (pictured), was last seen at a hospital at Concord on Sunday and hasn’t been seen since.
Police have concerns for Mr Burke’s welfare as he has a medical condition. He is known to travel on the rail network and to frequent the Sydney CBD.
Mr Burke is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a fair complexion and grey hair; he is about 175cm tall with a thin build. At the time he was last seen he was wearing a black puffer jacket and black jeans.
Anyone who may have seen Mr Burke or knows of his whereabouts is urged to call Burwood Police or Crime Stoppers.
