Have you seen Dean?

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state’s Monaro region.

Dean Hooper (pictured), aged 54, was last seen leaving his property on Kirke Street, Nimmitabel, in a vehicle on Tuesday.

He was reported missing to police just before midday yesterday, and has not been seen or heard from since.

“Officers attached to Monaro Police District have commenced inquiries to locate Dean,” NSW Police said in a statement.

“Police and family hold concerns for Dean’s welfare as he has a medical condition, and his disappearance is out of character.”

Mr Hooper is believed to be travelling in his vehicle – a 2006 white Toyota Landcruiser with NSW registration plates CY8 2MO.

Anyone who sees the missing man or who has information about his whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers immediately on 1800 333 000.
