NSW has recorded its fifth death associated with the COVID-19 Delta variant outbreak after a woman aged in her 50s was found dead inside her home in Sydney’s south-west.
It’s believed the Green Valley woman is a family member of one of the twin brother removalists charged with breaching public health orders after travelling from Sydney to the the town of Molong in the state’s Central West last week.
The brothers and another associate tested positive to COVID-19 on Friday.
It is alleged that the trio continued their travel to Molong despite receiving the positive test result news.
