Wife’s plea for missing husband to return home

Mackay police are continuing to appeal for information as part of an ongoing investigation regarding the disappearance of missing 84-year-old North Mackay man, Christopher Henn.

Christopher (pictured) last spoke to his family on December 18 in the Pioneer Valley area, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family hold concern for Christohper’s welfare as he has a medication condition.

Speaking with police at a media conference in Mackay today, Christopher’s wife Wanna Henn asked anyone with information to come forward as she missed her husband greatly.

“I would like to ask anyone out there who has seen him or his car, please report to the police or give police a call, please bring him home,” Ms Henn said.

“Christopher, my dear husband, wherever you are, I hope you are in a safe place.

“I miss you and I love you, please come home.”

He is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, slim build with thinning grey hair.

He may be travelling in his 2009 green Subaru Forester with Queensland registration 164MSI (pictured below).

Police, including detectives from Mackay Criminal Investigation Branch, are continuing with extensive investigations to locate Christopher includingpatrols of properties and following up various lines of enquiry.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Christopher or his vehicle to come forward immediately.
