Narangba Aged Care resident, James Pulsford has been recognised in the Queen’s 2021 Birthday Honours list.
As a founding member of Friends of Caboolture Region Environmental Education Centre (CREEC), Mr Pulsford was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for service to conservation and the environment.
“Not one to make a fuss, Mr Pulsford was proud as punch to share the letter he received from the Governor of Queensland, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC CVO, much to the delight of our staff and residents who gathered to celebrate at a special morning tea held in his honour,” Narangba Aged Care said in a proud post on social media.
