Thyme Evans Head clubhouse build gets underway

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Evans Head has officially begun work on a new multi-million-dollar
Clubhouse for its over 50’s community.

Richmond Valley Council Mayor, Robert Mustow and Serenitas CEO, Rob Nichols recently turned the first sod at the new Clubhouse site at Thyme Evans Head.

They were joined by Thyme Evans Head homeowners who will make use of the Clubhouse
facilities when it officially opens next year.

“We are thrilled to be commencing construction of the multi-million-dollar Clubhouse at Thyme Evans Head,” said Mr Nichols.

“The design and facilities of this Clubhouse is such an important component in cultivating a
thriving community as it encourages homeowners to socialise with one another, build
friendships and participate in health and wellness activities,” he said.

“Our focus is to create a lively and active community, building on the many benefits already
on offer at Thyme Evans Head with its enviable location moments from the beach, river and
local social and dining scene.”

Homeowners Ken Hudson and Joh McIntosh with Serenitas CEO, Rob Nichols, Richmond Valley Mayor, Robert Mustow, homeowners Sue Schafer and Jim Flynn, and sales consultant, Lee Grimes.

The new clubhouse will include a bowling green, art and craft studio, alfresco BBQ dining, community kitchen, bar and an outdoor pool.

“Our experienced team has created a Clubhouse that is state of the art in both its design
and function, incorporating popular resort facilities and distinct zones for socialising,
exercising and entertainment,” said Mr Nichols.
