The body of a woman in her 80s has been found inside a flooded property in Lismore.
“About 10.20am today, a member of the public attended a home on Ewing Street, concerned for the welfare of a neighbour,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“The body of a woman in her 80s was located inside the home; she is yet to be formally identified.”
A man is still yet to be found after police saw him swept into a drain in Lismore’s CBD on Sunday.
