A woman has died while swimming at a weir in the state’s central west.
Just after 5pm yesterday, emergency services were called to the Condobolin Weir, Condobolin, following reports a woman had been pulled unconscious from the water.
NSW Ambulance paramedics performed CPR at the scene, however, the woman could not be revived.
Officers attached to the Central West Police District attended and commenced an investigation.
The woman is yet to be formally identified; however, is believed to be aged in her 30s.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
