WA Police Major Crash Investigation officers are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Koojan, just south of Moora, yesterday.
Police say that at around 10.20am, a blue Honda Jazz was driving in a northerly direction on Bindoon-Moora Road when it left the roadway and crashed.
The 82-year-old female driver died at the scene.
