A 73-year-old woman has died in an early morning fire at a home in Logan today.
Emergency services were called to the property in Woodridge just after 1.30am, where firefighters were forced to break in through the home’s front and back doors to battle the blaze.
Authorities say the woman had used her medical alert bracelet to call authorities for help when the fire brought out.
She was dragged from the burning house by fire crews but sadly, had passed away at the scene.
