A man in his 60s who was pulled from the water at a beach on the state’s Mid North Coast today has died.
Police say that at around 3pm today, emergency services were called to Killick Beach at Crescent Head, after reports a man had been pulled from the water unconscious.
“He was treated by witnesses prior to the arrival of police and paramedics, who continued treatment, but he died at the scene,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Officers from Mid North Coast Police District have commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
