Two men are assisting police with their inquiries following the suspicious death of a man at Booral overnight.
Police say that at around 9.30pm last night, a 57-year-old man was at a residence in at Booral when two men arrived at the house.
They say the men were all known to each other and an altercation occurred during which the man received serious head injuries and died at the scene.
Police later located the two men at a Torquay residence, and they are currently assisting police with their inquiries.
