Renewed appeal to find missing Narrabri man

NSW Police have launched a new appeal for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state’s north west.

Glenn Warren (pictured), aged 51, was last seen leaving a tourist village on Cooma Road at Narrabri, about 6.30pm on Friday.

“Officers from Narrabri Police Station were notified the following day and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts,” NSW Police said in a statement.

“Despite an extensive search over the weekend, Glenn could not be located.”

Officers from Oxley Police District have conducted an extensive search of the area and local waterways with the assistance of the Dog Unit, police divers, PolAir, the VRA, SES and RFS.

“Police and family continue to hold serious concerns for Glenn’s welfare as he has a medical condition,” Police said.

Glenn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall and of a medium build, and has short dark hair and brown coloured eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue shirt with a red stripe and blue track pants.

Anyone with information or has seen Mr Warren is urged to contact police urgently.
