Queensland Police have embraced October Seniors Month, making a special visit to the Immanuel Gardens aged care home where the Police Pipes and Drums brought a touch of nostalgia and plenty of joy to the residents.
“We were honoured to meet 93-year-old retired Queensland Police Officer Charles Wilson, who shared his memories and pride in his service,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
“Let’s remember the incredible contributions our seniors have made to our communities.”
