Police search for 78-year-old dementia sufferer

NSW Police are appealing for community assistance to locate a 78-year-old man missing from Sydney’s south west.

Keon Young Lee (pictured), was last seen at his home on Lucerne Street, Belmore, about 3pm yesterday.

“He was reported missing to officers from Campsie Police Area Command when family were unable to locate him,” NSW Police said in a statement.

“Police and family hold concern for his welfare as he lives with dementia.”

Keon is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with dark hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue top, grey trackpants, black sneakers and reading glasses.

Keon is known to frequent the areas of Burwood Road in Belmore, Belfield – including Cooke Park – Enfield, Bass Hill and Birrong CBD’s.
