Queensland Detectives have released footage of a man and woman who bashed their way into a Rothwell store earlier this week and stole thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes.
In the footage, the pair can be seen to smash their way into the storeroom of the business on Deception Bay Road around 1am on January 18, before removing a large quantity of cigarettes from the store.
“Investigations indicate the pair arrived in a dark blue or black vehicle and fled in the car before police arrived,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
“Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the pair or may have information that could assist investigators to come forward.”
