Police hunt for man after indecent exposure

Police are investigating an indecent exposure incident in Cranbourne after a man walking a dog entered a woman’s garage and exposed himself.

Investigators say the incident took place on Monday, November 2 at around 1pm.

“An unknown man, walking a dog, entered a garage on Ferndown Drive. The man had a short conversation with the victim, a 39-year-old Cranbourne woman, before he exposed his genitals to her while she patted his dog,” Victoria Police said in a statement today.

Police say the man quickly left the property after the victim screamed at him to leave.

“It’s believed the same man returned to the property with his dog and peered through the front windows of the victim’s house on Wednesday 4 November about 6pm before leaving,” Victoria Police said.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is Caucasian in appearance, approximately 177cm tall and is of large build. The man’s dog is believed to be a brown and white Husky.

Anyone who recognises the man or with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
