Queensland Police are appealing for public assistance as part of investigations into a serious assault of a 77-year-old man in Burpengary last month.
In a statement, Police said that at around 1.30pm on 8 June, there was a disturbance in a carpark at a Station Road shopping centre, at the northern end of the property, where a 77-year-old Narangba man was assaulted by an unknown man.
“Investigations indicate an unknown man has parked next to the Narangba man’s vehicle before the assault occurred,” Police said.
Police are appealing to witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage or information regarding the incidence to contact police.
