A 71-year-old motorcyclist has died following a traffic crash in Walkervale this morning.
Police say that at around 8.05am, emergency services were called to a traffic crash on Barolin Street involving a silver Nissan X-trail, white Toyota Hilux and a CF Moto motorbike.
“The rider of the motorbike, a 71-year-old Kawungan man was declared deceased at the scene,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
“The driver of the Nissan, a 75-year-old Tinana woman was taken to Bundaberg Hospital as a precaution.”
The driver of the Hilux, a 61-year-old North Isis man, was not physically injured.
Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) investigations are ongoing.
