Armed Crime Squad detectives have charged a man following a shooting in Ravenhall yesterday.
The 89-year-old Ravenhall man has been charged with intentionally cause serious injury, recklessly cause serious injury, conduct endangering death and numerous other charges.
The charges come after a 58-year-old Kurunjang man was shot in the upper body outside a property in Rebecca Drive just before 8.30am.
He was taken to hospital with non-life threating injuries.
“It is believed the parties were known to each other,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
“Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.”
