An 82-year-old man has died following a quad bike crash in the state’s north west.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 4.30pm yesterday after reports of a vehicle crash, approximately 25km south of Moree.
Attending Police from the New England Police District arrived on the scene to find a quad bike which had rolled over on the levee bank of the Tycannach Creek, Police said in a statement.
“A man, aged 82, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The scene was examined by forensic investigators. A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner,” Police said.
