NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from western Sydney.
Police say Tom Bourke (pictured), aged 60, was last seen leaving an aged care facility on Osgood Street, Guildford, about 3.30pm on Sunday.
“Unable to be located since, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Police hold serious concerns for Tom’s welfare as he suffers a number of medical conditions which require medication.”
Tom is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of thin build, with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, orange and grey pants and carrying backpack.
He is known to use public transport and frequent the areas of Guildford and Auburn.
