Police are seeking public information to locate 51-year-old Richard Damien Harradine.
Police and family say they are concerned for the welfare of Richard who was last seen on Monday 16 November in Montrose.
Anyone who has seen Richard or knows his current whereabouts is asked to contact police on 131 444.
