Kalbar police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a 56-year-old Harrisville man missing since earlier today.
Preliminary information indicates that Neil Smith parked his vehicle in North Street, Harrisville at around 2.30am, where it was discovered at around 7.30am.
Investigations by police indicate Neil may have travelled to the Ripley area today with police appealing for anyone who may have seen him, or provided him with a lift, to immediately contact them.
“Neil’s behaviour is out of character with family and police holding concerns for his safety and wellbeing,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
Neil is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cms tall with a solid build, short grey hair.
