Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 55-year-old man missing from Sydney’s south west.
Jihad Bechara (pictured), was last seen leaving his home address in Highclere Avenue, Punchbowl about 10am on Saturday, November 20.
“Initial inquiries suggest the man may have been travelling locally in the Punchbowl area,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.”
Jihad is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, about 182cm tall, of medium build, with a shaved head, and hazel-coloured eyes.
Jihad is further described as having a tattoo on his upper left arm.
Anyone with information about Jihad’s whereabouts is urged to contact Bankstown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
