Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing Seymour man, 68-year-old Dimitrios Panourgias.
Police say Mr Panourgias was last seen at his Jordan Street home on Friday morning 18 December.
“Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and he requires medication for an ongoing medical condition,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
He is 160cm tall with an average build and short grey hair and was last seen wearing a beanie, tracksuit type jacket and pants.
Police say Mr Panourgias is known to frequent Glenroy, Broadmeadows and Maryborough.
Investigators have released an image of Dimitrios in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Dimitrios or has information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Seymour Police Station on 5735 0200.
