Queensland Police are seeking public assistance to locate 80-year-old David Cox, who went missing from a Chermside West residence yesterday afternoon.
Police say Mr Cox was last seen at 2.30pm on Trafford Street but has not been heard from since.
Police hold concern for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he suffers a medical condition.
David is described as Caucasian, around 178cm tall with a slim build, grey hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved grey t-shirt and beige coloured trousers.
Anyone who may have seen David or know his whereabouts is urged to come forward.
UPDATED 1pm, 2 October 2020: The 80-year-old man reported missing from a Chermside West residence yesterday afternoon has been located and transported to hospital with minor injuries.
