Police are appealing for public assistance to find a 65-year-old man missing from the New England area.
Police say Allan Anderson (pictured) was last seen at his home on Pindari Dam Road, Pindaroi, about 40km north of Inverell about 11am yesterday and has not been seen since.
“Officers from New England Police District were notified of his disappearance and commenced a large-scale search into his whereabouts,” NSW Police said in a statement.
Police and family have concerns for Mr Anderson’s welfare due to his medical conditions.
Allan is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with balding, grey hair and blue/grey eyes.
He was last seen with a black and tan coloured kelpie with a blue collar called ‘Bet’.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen him, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
