Mildura Rural City Council is offering a free calico cotton library bag to over 60s as part of Seniors Festival activities this month.
“Drop in to your local library any time during the month of October. All over 60s that present identification that showing a current residential address will receive a free calico cotton library bag when they join or renew your free Library membership,” Council said in a statement today.
Council says the calico bags will be on offer for as long as stocks last.
Local library branches include Mildura, Merbein, Red Cliffs, Ouyen and Murrayville.
