A new Australian aged care company is on the hunt to find the nation’s cutest grandma.
Care360 is looking for ‘Australia’s cutest grandma’ to become the Face of its online assistant, DOTI, serving as the inspiration for the company’s cute illustrated avatar (pictured, below) and mascot in its national marketing campaigns.
The lucky winner will also score a $1,000 Eftpos card to spoil herself, plus a family photo shoot on the beautiful Gold Coast.
An acronym for Delivering Outcomes Through Innovation (DOTI), DOTI is Care360’s digital assistant, helping families navigate their way through the aged care process. Popping up as an animated chat bot on the Care360 website from initial arrival, DOTI is there to answer any questions families may have and provide virtual assistance 24 hours a day to help families with their loved ones’ journey through aged care.
“DOTI is game-changing for families who are struggling with the initial process of how to find and fund aged care,” says Head of Care & Partnerships at Care360, Kirsten Lanagan.
“Doti takes away the fear and confusion experienced by many allowing them to focus on their loved one.”
Care360’s nation-wide campaign to find the Face of DOTI is open now. To enter, applicants simply upload a photo and fill in an online entry form via a dedicated page on the Care360 website www.care360.com.au/australias-cutest-grandma/
The winner will be announced in mid-September.
