Edward River Council has welcomed its first buyer of an Edward River Village villa, with the resident moving into his brand new home this week.
The buyer purchased a ‘Pretty Pine’ villa, which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a total of 168 square metres.
Kate Sparks from Deni Real Estate, who is managing the sale of Edward River Village, located in central Deniliquin, expressed her excitement for the new occupants.
“This is a team effort, collaborating with the Edward River Council, and we can look forward to more citizens moving into this amazing development soon!” said Ms Sparks.
The six recently completed homes represent the completion of Stage 1 of the development.
“We can’t wait to watch how this blossoming community of retirees will evolve over the coming months and years,” said Edward River Mayor, Peta Betts.
The Edward River Village is open every Saturday from 10am-12pm during July.
