Police have charged a 32-year-old woman with murder following investigations into the death of a 72-year-old man at Browns Plains yesterday.
Queensland Police say that at around midday today, emergency services were called to a Basie Court address after a man was found unconscious and not breathing.
He was declared deceased at the scene.
The 32-year-old Browns Plains woman was taken into custody at the scene, and has since been charged with Murder (Domestic violence offence).
“It is believed the man and woman are known to each other,” Police said in a statement.
She is due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
