An 86-year-old pedestrian has died in hospital, after a crash on the Gold Coast yesterday afternoon.
Preliminary inquiries indicate at 4.15pm the 86-year-old woman was walking across Grice Avenue at Paradise Point when she was hit by a car.
The Hollywell woman was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital but died later in the evening.
The driver of the car was not physically injured in the crash.
