WA Police appeal for witnesses to fatal motorbike crash

WA Police are seeking information from the public regarding a crash in Broome on May 8th which claimed the life of a 70-year-old motorcyclist.

Police say that at around 5.30am, a red Honda motorcycle was travelling west on Clementson Street, Broome when it collided with a kangaroo near the intersection of Pembroke Road.

“The 70-year-old male rider of the motorcycle was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of critical injuries he received in the crash. Tragically, the man died yesterday, Saturday 25 May,” WA Police said in a statement today.
