A 43-year-old man has been charged with murder after his father was found dead inside his home in Wyndham Vale in Melbourne’s west on Tuesday.
Officers attended a property on Clapham Crescent about 4.15pm on January 10th to undertake a welfare check, where they discovered the body of the 68-year-old man, who had reportedly suffered severe head injuries.
The man’s son, a 43-year-old Wyndham Vale resident, has been charged with the alleged murder.
He has been remanded and will appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
